Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking ID once the order is dispatched.

For best results, we recommend uploading **PDF, AI, or CorelDraw** files. However, we also accept high-quality **JPG and PNG** files (minimum 300 DPI) to ensure your prints aren't blurry.

Since printing is a customized service, we cannot offer refunds once the printing process has started. If there is a manufacturing defect or printing error from our side, we will provide a free reprint.
